What is NEON?

We are a community of Jesus followers looking to gather around a simpler form of church. We meet twice a month for nights of encounter where we eat together and spend extended time in worship and God’s presence. We also meet in smaller HUBS for more connection, discipleship, and prayer.

We believe that we ‘are’ the church and are designed to release God’s Kingdom everywhere, 24/7. Therefore, our model focuses less on going to a building and more on ‘being’ the Body.

What would it look like to gather around a simpler form of church? Less focused on attending a building and more focused on connecting with God & others in a tangible way?   • We meet on the 1st & 3rd Sunday’s of every month at 6pm. (Venture X, The Realm at Castle Hills, 4400 State Hwy 121, Unit 300, TX 75056).

    We eat together and then spend time in extended worship.

  • Our HUBS meet at different times and locations. Please fill out the interest form below, or ask someone at our Encounter Night for more information.

  • For some of us, NEON is our church. Others attend different churches & join us for Encounter Nights. People come from many different church backgrounds. Everyone’s welcome!

    We are exploring a model that places importance on gathering, but is not organized around a weekly Sunday morning slot as the primary focus. We ‘are’ the church - rather than we ‘go’ to church.

    This is attractive to people who want to gather around a different model of church.

  • NEON is guided by a team of leaders spearheaded by Roland & Shirin Worton. Various seasoned leaders & mentors from around the world also speak into the vision.
